Use this page to request deletion of your OCM app account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app to make a request.
How it works
We verify requests to protect your health information and prevent someone else from deleting your account without your permission.
Enter the mobile number registered with your OCM account in the form below.
Our team will contact you on the registered number to confirm that the request is genuine.
We will process the request and send you a final update after deletion or anonymisation is complete.
After verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise your OCM account and personal data associated with it that is under our control and is not required to be retained.
Healthcare providers may need to retain consultation and medical records, and OCM may need to retain limited medical, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory records where applicable law requires or permits it.
Records created jointly with a doctor or another care provider may require that provider's involvement before they can be deleted. Where deletion is not permitted, we will restrict or anonymise data where legally and operationally possible and explain the outcome in our final update.
