Platform Disclaimer and Legal Notice

Last Updated: 23rd June 2026

1. Introduction and Nature of the Platform

Online Chikitsa Mitra (“OCM”) is a digital healthcare technology platform and e-clinic network owned and operated by Salubrious Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Salubrious”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

OCM provides technological infrastructure that enables patients, Registered Medical Practitioners (“RMPs”), healthcare establishments, and other authorised healthcare service providers to interact digitally, including through telemedicine consultations and related healthcare services.

OCM itself does not practise medicine, provide clinical diagnosis, prescribe medication, provide treatment, or exercise independent clinical judgment. Any medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment provided through OCM is solely the responsibility of the consulting RMP or relevant healthcare professional.

The information, educational materials, articles, and other content made available on the OCM Website are intended solely for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact emergency services (Dial 112) or visit the nearest appropriate healthcare facility.

2. Role of OCM as a Technology Platform

OCM seeks to operate as a technology intermediary in accordance with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and complies with applicable obligations under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, to the extent applicable to its operations.

OCM provides digital tools and infrastructure that may include appointment management, communication tools, telemedicine interfaces, health record management features, payment facilitation, and other technology services supporting interactions between users and healthcare professionals.

Nothing in this Disclaimer shall be interpreted as excluding, limiting, or restricting any responsibility of Salubrious Technologies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3. Doctor–Patient Relationship and Platform Services

A doctor–patient relationship with respect to clinical assessment, diagnosis, medical advice, prescriptions, and treatment decisions is established directly between the patient and the consulting Registered Medical Practitioner.

Salubrious Technologies, through OCM, facilitates the technological infrastructure required for such interactions but does not control or influence the independent clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or professional conduct of healthcare professionals.

Accessing or browsing the OCM Website alone does not create a doctor–patient relationship or guarantee access to healthcare services.

A contractual or service relationship between a user and OCM may arise when a user registers on the OCM platform or mobile application, accepts the applicable platform terms, provides necessary consents, and accesses the services offered through OCM.

4. Telemedicine and Healthcare Compliance

Healthcare services facilitated through OCM are intended to be conducted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, professional standards, and telemedicine regulations, including the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020, and any amendments, replacements, or subsequent guidelines issued by the competent regulatory authorities.

OCM requires healthcare professionals using the platform to maintain valid registrations, licences, qualifications, and authorisations as required under applicable law.

Each healthcare professional remains independently responsible for compliance with applicable medical laws, professional obligations, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. Privacy, Personal Data, and Health Information

OCM may collect, store, use, and process personal data, including health-related personal data, in connection with the operation of the platform and provision of digital healthcare services.

Such processing shall be carried out in accordance with OCM’s Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules and regulations notified thereunder.

OCM implements reasonable technical, organisational, and security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

6. ABDM and Digital Health Ecosystem

Where OCM integrates with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (“ABDM”) ecosystem or any other government-supported digital health infrastructure, such integrations, health information exchanges, and consent-based data sharing shall be conducted in accordance with applicable ABDM requirements, technical standards, consent frameworks, and guidelines issued by the National Health Authority or other competent authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

OCM and Salubrious Technologies make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security, and functionality of the platform.

However, to the extent permitted under applicable law, the platform and related content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without any representation or warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salubrious Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the OCM platform.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, technology, interfaces, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, content, and other intellectual property associated with OCM are owned by or licensed to Salubrious Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Patient health records, consultation records, prescriptions, and other clinical information remain subject to the rights and responsibilities of the relevant patients, healthcare professionals, and applicable laws. Salubrious Technologies does not claim ownership over patient health information solely by facilitating its storage, processing, or transmission through the OCM platform.
